True connection comes when a leader is clear in vision, has worked harder than anyone, and knows where he wants to go in dialogue with both musicians and audiences.

This approach has served him well: before turning forty, he was appointed Resident Conductor of the prestigious Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra. And in music, as in architecture, the greatest achievements often arrive late.
